I'm JR Durflinger, and my business and life partner Renee Widmont are the owners and founders of Team Believe Agency. We decided to build a life insurance agency with Symmetry Financial Group because we wanted a different lifestyle. More control and less stress.

JR’s background is a seasoned sales professional with more than 30 years of experience in recruiting, training, motivating, and managing large sales teams. JR has started, and ran, many successful businesses along with being a licensed Realtor and Public Insurance Adjuster. He enjoys personal development and self-improvement, but his true passion is helping others obtain their goals and dreams.

Renee has over 30 years of Commercial Real Estate experience in the operations and management of industrial space. The portfolio her and her team managed consisted of 22,000,000 SF of industrial buildings, three associations, 1,700 acres of land and she assisted with the design and development of new buildings in the company’s largest business park.

By working hard and following our proven blueprint, with Symmetry we have created a lifestyle where we are in control of our time and income. We are building a business our family will own for generations. And we’re doing it in a stable industry that is recession proof.

Most importantly, we have the freedom and flexibility we were looking for to live our lives on our own terms with our family.
